Teneo Introduces DNS-based Infoblox solutions

June 05, 2024

Teneo, the IT solutions provider focused on reducing complexity, today announces the expansion of its security portfolio with the introduction of Core Network Services (DDI).

This new offering, leveraging DNS-based security and networking solutions from Infoblox, is uniquely able to support organizations in today’s complex and rapidly evolving networking and security landscape, driven by trends in hybrid and multi-cloud transformation, the Internet of Things (IoT), and distributed workforces.

The solution supports critical network services – DNS, DHCP and IP address management (DDI) – which are vital for maintaining connectivity and security across networks. By ensuring the resilience of these fundamental services, the solution enables IT to reliably connect all devices, applications, and digital resources, thereby enhancing network operations.

“In today’s world, where downtime or security lapses can have significant financial and reputational repercussions, the seamless connectivity of devices and applications is critical,” said Brett Ayres, VP of Product, Teneo. “As such, the effective management of DNS, DHCP, and IP addresses (DDI) has evolved from a basic requirement to a critical strategy for supporting business growth, securing assets, and addressing future challenges.”

Core Network Services (DDI) is a key component of Teneo’s StreamlineX framework, which enables IT teams to provide secure, optimized, and observable connections between users and applications. This new offering will ensure that users get the best possible experience when connecting to their applications while offering enhanced security, better visibility, and simplified network operations at a lower total cost of ownership.

“We are excited to be part of Teneo`s new Core Network Services (DDI) solution. Our combined efforts will empower businesses to navigate complex network and security challenges more effectively, ensuring a more secure and seamless user experience,” said Aric Ault, Senior Director of EMEA Channels, Infoblox. “Combining a consistent, centralized UI with automated discovery and customizable templates, Infoblox’s marketing leading DDI solution will further strengthen this new offer from Teneo.”

Core Network Services (DDI) is now available as a security-based offering from Teneo. In line with Teneo’s core purpose to improve the lives of 1 million children across the world, a percentage of revenue from the sales of this solution will be donated to charitable initiatives, particularly focused on education projects in underserved communities.
