Services Capabilities Present Alternative Routes to Market and Complement Teneo’s SD-WAN, Visibility and Digital Experience Monitoring Offerings.

Theale, UK – August 2, 2018 – Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT services company, today announced the acquisition of UK-based Geode Networks Europe Ltd (Geode), now renamed to Geode Services.

The acquisition brings sophisticated services capabilities and deep network and application expertise, including consultancy, professional services and support services. These capabilities will complement and augment the delivery of Teneo’s SD-WAN, Visibility and Digital Experience Monitoring ‘As-a-Service’ offerings. Teneo will retain the Geode brand to enable future development of alternative routes to market.

As global companies seek lightning-fast ways to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives, never have emerging technologies and flexible service delivery models been more relevant. Analyst IDC predicts that digital transformation spending will hit $1.7T (£1.3T) by 2019 – up 42% from 2017[1].

The move to embrace SD-WAN, the Cloud, and intelligent analytics brings new, more agile advantages and optimised operations to IT teams, but to take quick advantage of these approaches, companies increasingly seek specialist partners that can help them to minimise financial risk and provide supporting skillsets to reinforce in-house capacity.
