Finance Administrator

Location: Omaha, NE

Based in Omaha, Nebraska, and reporting into the department of the Management Accountant, the purpose of this role is to provide administrative support within the finance department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and check customer orders for the US primarily but working as a team globally to ensure that the correct details are in NetSuite prior to processing and that orders are processed on day of receipt.
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Orders to Vendors
  • Post supplier invoices into NetSuite
  • Prepare Customer invoices in NetSuite
  • Complete customer orders in NetSuite, including the creation of assets
  • Assist with the posting and reconciliation of bank transactions daily for US Teneo entities
  • Assist with creating weekly supplier payment summaries for US Teneo entities
  • Assist with month end tasks to ensure that monthly accounts are completed on time
  • Be the first point of contact for the business by answering incoming calls and delivering excellent customer service
  • Provide support and cover for the finance team members on vacation and during busy periods
  • Carry out general administrative tasks as required

education and work experience

  • Educated to High school graduation as a minimum
  • Work experience ideally within an accounting/finance function
