Theale UK, October 1st, 2019 – Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT services company, today announced that it has been awarded the Silver Peak EMEA Technical Partner of the Year FY19 Award, presented by Silver Peak founder and CEO David Hughes at the Silver Peak EMEA Partner Summit 2019. The summit was the company’s inaugural partner conference in the EMEA region and was hosted in Windsor, UK.
The Silver Peak EMEA Partner Awards recognize partners for excellence in sales and technical delivery of the Silver Peak Unity EdgeConnect™ SD-WAN Edge Platform, supported by the Silver Peak Partner Edge program designed to accelerate new revenue and market growth for partners in the SD-WAN market. This in turn, enables customers that seek modern WAN innovation and transformation to shift toward a business-first networking model together with Silver Peak through collaborative co-selling across the channel.
Since joining the Silver Peak Partner Program at the end of 2018, Teneo has heavily invested in the achievement of Silver Peak sales and technical certifications, built its own Silver Peak lab environment, provided valuable input to the Silver Peak research and development team and launched Silver Peak Co-managed and Managed Services.
By the end of June 2019, over 100 Teneo employees had completed the Silver Peak Silver Peak Sales Professional SD-WAN (SSP-SDWAN) certification. The company also holds three times the number of required Silver Peak Technical Sales Professional SD-WAN (STSP-SDWAN) certifications for its partner level.
On receiving the Silver Peak EMEA Technical Partner of the Year FY19 Award, Teneo’s Global SD-WAN Practice Director, Brett Ayres, commented, ‘Having joined the Silver Peak Partner Edge Program only mid-way through FY19, it’s very rewarding to be recognized for the technical aspect of our commitment to Silver Peak to date.”
He added, “Our ultimate aims are to help our customers stay ahead of the pace of technology change and enable them to accelerate time to value when migrating to the Silver Peak Unity EdgeConnect SD-WAN Edge Platform.”
“With the help of Teneo’s Silver Peak SD-WAN transition services and thanks to our experience in global SD-WAN deployments, we’re ensuring that customers can operationalize Silver Peak SD-WAN technology in a quick and flexible way. I look forward to our continued success with Silver Peak over the course of this financial year.”
