Describe your job in one sentence

My job is very fulfilling as I get to work with our customers and find the right solutions that help them meet their business goals.

Which city/county do you live in or near?

I live in the ‘Garden of England’ (commonly known as Kent), 1 mile from the beach.

What one thing outside work do you enjoy doing most?

This is tricky as there are a couple of things: gaming and holidays with my wife. I enjoy the adventures that come with both of these activities.

What one thing can’t you live without and why?

Controversially – the Internet. I love learning, and I’m always trying to better myself, so the Internet is a treasure trove.

Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.

I started at Teneo 11 years ago on the support desk helping our customers solve their problems with tickets; now as a Solutions Engineer, I get to do it face-to-face by working with our customers on their strategy and accomplishing their business goals. It’s very fulfilling.
