Mark Koenig is Systems Engineering Manager at Teneo, leading the team of Field Technology Consultants who help organizations evaluate complex technology challenges and identify practical solutions. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Mark specializes in network visibility, observability, performance monitoring, and digital employee experience technologies. He works closely with customers, technology partners, and Teneo account teams to align technical solutions with operational requirements and business objectives. His experience helps organizations gain clearer insight into their networks, applications, infrastructure, and user experiences while maximizing the value of their technology investments. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
