Teneo launches Zero Trust Network Access service to secure Work From Anywhere users

June 22, 2021

Theale UK, and Dulles, VA, USA, June 22nd, 2021 – Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT services company, has introduced Zero Trust Network Access to its Work From Anywhere services. The service already includes a suite of bundled software modules that deliver end user experience monitoring, endpoint security, and SaaS optimization, managed by Teneo.

Announced this month, Teneo’s WFA: Zero Trust Network Access service is powered by Akamai and delivers a Secure Internet Gateway to protect users regardless of their location. An identity-aware proxy for secure application access is also available to customers.

Demand for a new approach to security, accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic as users left the confines of the office, devices became unmanaged, and the Internet fast became the corporate network of choice through necessity.

To address these challenges, many IT teams are now placing user identity and application access requirements at the center of their strategy and are turning to a Zero Trust Security architecture, where every machine, user, IP address, and server is untrusted until proven otherwise.

Teneo’s Zero Trust Network Access service means IT teams won’t have to worry about their solution being deployed and consistently managed to best practice throughout its lifecycle, ensuring it doesn’t become a case of ‘set and forget’.

Teneo’s Services Director, Brett Ayres, said, “With this new Zero Trust Network Access service, customers can benefit from a highly sophisticated set of Zero Trust Security controls, delivered using the power and scalability of the cloud, and without the need for heavy investment in internal resources or ongoing training.”

He added, “From the visibility we gain through full logging and behavioral analytics, we’re able to report on valuable insights and provide recommendations for change to help customers stay ahead of modern-day hackers and threats.”

WFA: Zero Trust Network Access is available now as part of Teneo’s Work From Anywhere services for Endpoint, Branch, and Cloud.
