Teneo, the IT solutions provider, is delighted to announce that Gina Fedeli has joined Teneo as Chief Operating Officer, having joined in January 23.

In her role, Gina will lead overall business operations and will work with CEO Piers Carey and the senior leadership team to execute the company’s strategic vision and drive operational efficiency, business transformation, and business process improvement.

Gina brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the IT sector to her new role. Throughout her career, she has developed operational structures to support organizational growth and has a proven track record of inspiring leadership teams, fostering employee engagement, and supporting diverse organizational initiatives. Her previous positions include her role as COO at Proxios and Axiom Technology Group, as well as her tenure as President and Founder of P3 Transformation Group and GCF Consulting.

Teneo’s focus is on reducing IT complexity to enable network and security teams to operate increasingly complex systems to meet business demands. Combining leading technology with deep expertise, it helps businesses simplify IT operations and connect users to their applications in a way that is secure, optimized, and observable.

The company’s core purpose is to improve the lives of 1 million children across the world. To create the funding to achieve its purpose, Teneo’s long-term vision is to become a trusted technology partner to 500 of the world’s largest companies. In October 2022, it pledged to donate 1% of total company revenue to charitable initiatives, particularly focused on education projects in underserved communities.

“By combining leading technology and expert guidance, Teneo has already proven itself to be a trusted technology partner to diverse organizations across the globe,” said Gina. “I am excited to join Teneo as COO and look forward to partnering with the team for the company to realize its true potential while fully supporting and engaging in its purpose to improve the lives of 1 million children across the world”.

Piers Carey, Teneo’s CEO, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Gina as our Chief Operating Officer. Her experience in transforming businesses and driving operational efficiency will be invaluable as we continue to pursue our vision of becoming a trusted technology partner to 500 of the world’s largest companies. We look forward to working with Gina and leveraging her expertise to drive Teneo’s growth.”
