January 22, 2020

Targets network transformation services market in North America & EMEA.

Theale UK, and Dulles, VA, January 22nd, 2020 – Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT services company, has announced the appointment of two new regional sales leaders to continue its growth through the North American and EMEA markets.

The company is focused on delivering its ‘shared-risk’ services to global organizations that seek external aid to accelerate their network transformation initiatives in support of digital transformation.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Derek Reed joined Teneo in October 2019 as VP of Sales, North America to deliver the company’s sales strategy across the region, while Mark Leppard, VP of Sales EMEA joined most recently in January 2020 to lead sales planning and execution across the UK and France based out of Theale, UK. Both report to Matt Lukash, Chief Sales Officer.

Prior to joining Teneo, Reed held leadership positions in cybersecurity services companies including Trustwave, SecureWorks and Bolton Labs. He is also a very well-respected professional sales trainer and coach.

Immediately prior to his new role at Teneo, Leppard was Senior Sales Director with Open Systems AG and helped to establish the company in the UK by beach-heading the organization. He has previously held roles in sales and marketing leadership and general management.

Both regional leaders have a proven track record of driving business growth through services sales and have demonstrated effective mentorship of individuals and leadership of teams to achieve success.

Matt Lukash, Chief Sales Officer of Teneo said, “Our customers are undergoing rapid transformational change and the network is a key component to that. The sense of urgency behind this change represents a tremendous growth opportunity for Teneo and our ‘shared-risk’ services.” He added, “Adding Derek and Mark to our team allows us to drive our own organizational change as we shift to help meet our customers’ most pressing network and digital transformation objectives.”
