Teneo celebrates 5 years of partnership with Aternity

November 20, 2021

Teneo, the Work From Anywhere IT Service Provider, is celebrating 5 years of partnership with Aternity, the Digital Experience Management company whose technology powers Teneo’s WFA: Visible, End User Experience Monitoring service.

Having partnered with Riverbed since 2004, Teneo first began working with Aternity when Riverbed acquired the SaaS company back in 2016 to provide customers with end-to-end visibility, starting from the end user’s perspective.

The need for End User Experience Monitoring has increased significantly across organizations of all sizes and industries as they’ve transitioned to Work From Anywhere these past two years. For most, the shift was accompanied by rapid endpoint device provisioning, multi-cloud migrations and network modernization. As a result, many Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) leaders have found themselves without the ability to measure and improve user experience across the hybrid working environment.

Aternity’s leading technology delivers the detailed end user experience insights I&O teams need for proactive troubleshooting, problem solving, and continuous measurement and improvement. When paired with Teneo’s expert guidance on system setup and management, dashboards, and reporting, IT leaders are further empowered to introduce change initiatives and achieve success with confidence.

In this past year, Teneo became a founding partner of both Aternity’s SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) and MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs, designed to enable partners to offer Aternity’s enterprise software as a service to organizations with employee counts up to 5,000, and beyond.

Together, Teneo and Aternity are helping customers to achieve quantifiable ROI from initiatives such as service desk shift left, IT asset cost reduction, end user computing optimization, maximizing productivity from business applications, and getting major change initiatives right first time.

The Director of Architecture and Desktop Services at one Teneo WFA: Visible customer, a leading US law firm, commented, “Before working with Teneo, we were primarily working on a reactionary basis. Now, people right across the business are very impressed about how proactive we can be; they’ve never seen anything quite like it.”

Another Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations at a longstanding Teneo WFA: Visible customer said, “The desktop is the cause of a lot of problems, but most people are too busy looking somewhere else. We’ve found that if you simplify the network and remove capacity bottlenecks, it’s then easier to focus and improve the experience at the desktop, which in turn improves performance.”

Adam Perks, Strategic Alliances Director at Aternity commented, “Teneo is an important Aternity partner and has been a key contributor to the development of our SME and MSP programs over the past year. Teneo’s knowledge of Aternity’s software and their experience of real-world deployments and use cases across many different customers makes them ideally placed to offer an Aternity-based service that delivers value.”
