Monitoring and Alerting is our way of keeping in constant contact with your SteelHeads in order to understand their health and any issues. Our system will alert our team in real time on a 24×7 basis to agreed conditions and automatically create support tickets. Where we aren’t providing you with a full Managed WAN Optimisation service, we’ll alert you in turn, so you can intervene and carry out the necessary remediation work.
Our Monitoring and Alerting service includes:
- Creating direct VPN access between Teneo and your network
- Monitoring of your SteelHeads on either a 5 minute (Enhanced) or 15 minute (Standard) basis
- We’ll check for 20+ conditions utilising SNMP/ICMP monitoring
- SNMP, Syslog and CLI based alerting for Layer 7 analysis
- Threshold based alerting which will eliminate false positives
- Proactive monitoring helping to resolve pre-critical issues
