Despite the wonders of technology today, not every Maintenance and Support engagement can be done at a distance. Sometimes it’s necessary for our engineer to join you on site to successfully reach problem resolution.
Providing we’ve completed a telephone-based troubleshooting session and a Teneo engineer has accepted and logged a technical support ticket by 16:00 Monday to Friday, we’ll send our engineer to your site the next business day (dependent on remoteness or accessibility of the location and availability of any required hardware replacement).
Our service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 local time. We’ll be happy to help you determine what’s going to work best for you. A Statement of Work will be completed for each engagement.
