Vice President of Sales EMEA

Location: Theale, UK

We’re recruiting a VP of Sales for the EMEA region.  Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer, the role of the Vice President is to develop sales plans and execute against them.


  • Work with Chief Sales Officer to translate the Company’s sales strategy into sales plans
  • Lead a team of sales people responsible for growing existing customer accounts and identifying prospects; recruiting, retaining and developing
  • Manage the sales team; setting, monitoring and reviewing performance objectives, motivating, training and developing
  • Act as a senior presence in regular customer meetings with the Sales Team
  • Assist in closing major deals and running major accounts
  • Plan, implement and review the effectiveness of campaigns; sourcing and targeting data and directing activity accordingly
  • Work closely with Marketing to run effective campaigns
  • Monitor, analyse and forecast sales performance against targets on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure up to date and accurate records of customer activity are kept using a CRM system
  • Assist the Chief Sales Offficer in the co-ordination of the activity of the global sales team, providing operational and administrative support where necessary


  • Degree standard of education
  • Consistent track record in field sales within IT and of sales management
