Global Marketing Manager

Location: Dulles, VA

Based in Dulles, VA, the Global Marketing Manager will enable sales pods across the company to achieve their targets by developing Challenger insights, creating supportive content, leveraging data and utilizing marketing automation practices to grow pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play an active role in global sales team pods, working collaboratively with the Inside Sales, Field Sales and Sales Support teams
  • Help to strategize on and build a global marketing calendar of campaigns that promote Teneo services, generate leads and grow pipeline based on pod priorities and market trends
  • Create compelling insights and supporting content in the style of The Challenger Sale, including cold emails, news and blog posts, customer success stories, datasheets and whitepapers
  • Act as a strategic partner to the VPs of Sales to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
  • Work with the services team to produce content for new service launches
  • Own marketing automation execution from end to end
  • Manage regional data sets and suppliers, identify gaps in data quality, support list building requirements, maintain GDPR and country-specific email opt-out compliance and process new data imports
  • Maintain Teneo’s website and social media channels
  • Enforce our brand guidelines across all communications channels
  • Organize and attend Teneo and other key industry events
  • Oversee supplier agency selection and management
  • Manage regional marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with and pitch to the Teneo partner community to secure and claim market development and business investment funds
  • Carry out closed looped tracking on lead follow up, assist with weekly reporting on marketing KPIs, provide observations on performance and recommend improvements
  • Conduct regular CRM training with the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across marketing touchpoints, from awareness, consideration, conversion to retention and repeat purchase

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with a focus on IT services marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Track record of contributing to pipeline growth in a fast-paced environment
  • History of successfully working in partnership with sales organizations
  • Proven ability to create horizontal and vertical campaigns that deliver ROI
  • Experience of global marketing in multiple languages
