Teneo recently announced the launch of Digital Experience Monitoring as a Service that utilizes Riverbed technology. The service enables customers to track the end user experience of mission-critical applications and also validate the IT upgrades they’ve introduced as part of their digital transformation plans. The company said its new offering will enable companies to evaluate crucial applications and demonstrate that they are delivering the experience users are looking for and expect from them – and all of that in a cost-effective fashion.

Steve Evans, VP of Solution Engineering, Teneo, said, “Teneo’s Digital Experience Monitoring as a Service gives our customers eyes into performance from the end user’s perspective, which they can benchmark before they make any IT changes and manage, control and optimize the after-effects. This should also help customers to prove the positive difference they’ve made to their business through digital transformation and related IT upgrade decisions.”

The company’s Digital Experience Monitoring as a Service enables automatic monitoring of end-user experience from the device’s perspective, which, in turn, allows enterprises to gauge the success of digital transformation initiatives across the workforce from where it counts most i.e. the end user’s perspective. The service makes use of Riverbed’s SteelCentral Aternity software to correlate application performance, device health, and user productivity. The SteelCentral Aternity technology helps bridge the IT monitoring visibility gap with precise, real-time information about how end users actually experience and interact with their devices, network, and applications.

The service is fully managed and reported on by Teneo via a mix of portal dashboard analytics and monthly or quarterly recommendations from the company’s consummate global engineering and support teams. Teneo is offering Digital Experience Monitoring as a Service at a monthly recurring cost (MRC) basis with a minimum of 50 licenses. Furthermore, the company is also offering root cause determination of performance challenges as an add-on feature.
