This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation and support the marketing team’s full spectrum of activities. This includes database management and analytics, event management, email marketing, social media, content creation, and channel marketing programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing managers
- Provide admin support for core marketing systems
- Carry out continuous improvement of HubSpot data, sourcing from ZoomInfo and LinkedIn for customers and prospects
- Capture leads from global sources and record and assign to sales team
- Handle day-to-day supplier agency and partner communications/requests
- Manage Teneo partner community funding requests and claims in partner portals
- Support organisation of global Teneo and other key industry events, liaising with marketing managers for supporting messaging and collateral
- Support development of digital marketing assets, such as service overview documents
- Support website maintenance, including uploading new website content via WordPress
- Support maintenance of mid-funnel deal dashboard in Hubspot
- Utilizing CRM system (Hubspot) to create target lists for marketing campaigns
- Set up and maintain nurturing and engagement workflows and sequences in HubSpot
- Build and execute email campaigns and social media updates, working with the wider team for content
- Manage campaign lead source tracking on CRM system
- Collaboration with the marketing team to manage Teneo advertising platforms and system integrations
- Monitor marketing activity performance and monthly attribution reports
- Identify insights and provide weekly feedback to marketing managers for continued success
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a focus on B2B marketing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in working in virtual teams
- Proven experience in the co-ordination and timely delivery of projects
- Experience writing content for email campaigns and social media posts

- Strong copywriting skills
