Course Content
All training is adapted and tailored to each client’s unique network architecture and mix of applications. Training courses are based around the client’s specific requirements and are often linked to installations. All training material is developed in collaboration with our technical support team to ensure best practices and common issues are addressed. Our aim is to go beyond simple knowledge transfer and address key challenges such as how to troubleshoot advanced real-life problems.
Courses are usually targeted toward those who will be involved in the design, deployment, or administration of your IT solution. Class sizes are limited to ensure individualised instruction and optimal interaction.
On-Site Training
On-site training is tailored to client’s specific needs and will use the customers own deployed solution, focusing on integration within their operational environment.
Web and Phone Conference Training
In addition to on-site training we offer short tailored, highly focussed 2 hour web or phone based training session. These are usually targeted to a specific issue. Users who are just too busy to leave the office can gain from highly specific training without the time constraints involved in attending a full face-to face-training course.
