Onsite Training
Teneo helps its customers to maximize their investment in Castle Rock by providing a range of training
solutions. By learning how to use the product effectively, customers can exploit the full potential of
the SNMPc solution as well as reducing the time taken to address faults. The training covers all
aspects of SNMPc and includes sections on best practice and upgrade procedures.
As a Castle Rock SNMPc training partner all training is provided by experienced product experts.
Teneo trainers receive ongoing training so that they are familiar with all aspects of the product,
including functionality contained in the newest product releases. Teneo courses are customized around
the client's specific requirements and are often linked to installations. Training typically follows
a set agenda or we can provide bespoke content tailored to your requirements as appropriate.
Web Training
If you want further training on SNMPc but don't have the time or budget for our Onsite Training,
then Teneo offers a 2 hour web based training course.
Ideal for organizations that want an overview course for delegates where Onsite training is not
practical or appropriate, our web based training covers the basic information required to get
started with SNMPc and can be delivered at a time of day that suits the customer.
Consultancy
Teneo's consultancy services are invaluable when looking to exploit your investment in SNMPc. Teneo's
highly trained consultants can attend site to carry out any work you require on your SNMPc system.
Audit
Teneo recommends regular on site audits to ensure that the SNMPc system is running at its optimum
level. Our consultant will attend site and undertake a series of health checks covering SNMPc and the
Server it is running on.
Service Assurance
Teneo recommends that its SNMPc customers invest in its SNMPc Service Assurance programme. Service
Assurance is a set number of engineer days purchased at a preferential rate on an annual basis. Typically
bought in batches of 4, to allow quarterly site visits, Service Assurance days are used to undertake
Audits, Consultancy or Training, ensuring that the SNMPc system is always running at an optimal level.
