Teneo grows 40% as demand for application performance management surges

Teneo, a leading specialist application performance management solutions provider, has announced turnover up 40% to £3.59 million for the year to 30th June 2007, from £2.56 million the previous year.

Teneo has been well placed to benefit from a surge of interest in application performance management solutions from a wide cross-section of businesses and organisations.

During the year, the company strengthened its position as the leading reseller of Riverbed Wide-Area Data Services (WDS) solutions such as Riverbed Steelhead and the recently launched Steelhead Mobile range of appliances. For one customer, Teneo delivered a solution involving the deployment of over 60 Riverbed Steelhead appliances. In recognition of Teneo’s sales performance, technical ability and general expertise, Teneo was named as Riverbed Technology’s ‘EMEA Reseller of the Year 2007’. The company currently has sold and currently supports over 600 Riverbed appliances.

Teneo has also achieved success through working with customers to understand their organisation’s network, supported by products such as SNMPc from Castle Rock and Plixer’s Scrutinizer. During the last seven months, turnover growth is up 70% compared to the previous year, with Teneo heading for 1000 customers across 45 countries.
