Teneo becomes latest F5 Networks Premier partner

Innovative solution provider to focus on improving end user experience

Chertsey, UK, March 10th, 2005--F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the global leader in Application Traffic Management, announced today that Teneo, an innovative solutions provider has become its latest Premier Advantage Partner in the UK.

Teneo is a specialist in understanding and improving network and application performance and has clients in over 40 countries around the world. "This is a major strategic decision for us and a long term commitment to both the F5 product line and its underlying philosophy," explains Piers Carey, CEO, Teneo.

The quality of the F5 channel has helped it to achieve the greatest worldwide market share and revenue growth quarter over quarter for the Layer 4-7 (L4-7) Ethernet Switch total market segment. According to the latest Dell'Oro Group Report, F5 increased its L4-7 product revenue by $9.7 million, which is a 39 percent increase in revenue over the previous quarter. This represents a five percent market share gain and the highest quarterly revenue growth of any vendor in the segment.
